Returns & Exchange /Shipping
We hope you love our styles that you purchased. If the style is not the right fit or something isn’t quite right for you we happily accept your return or exchange request on a full-price item. Sale items can only be returned for exchange or credit note. All items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the order. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All returns must be in original condition including the packaging; the item must not be worn or altered.
Note: Please try on your sandals on a soft surface like a rug or carpet so as not to damage or scuff the magenta sole.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed after shipping cost , and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We do not refund delivery costs for returns, exchanges, and credit notes unless an item is faulty or if your order has been canceled. Bougainvilleas Sandals is not liable for any cost, delay, damage, or loss in connection with the transport and return of the goods to us.
How do I make a return or exchange?
Please email us at email@example.com. to let us know what you would like to return, why, and if you would like an exchange. We can arrange for the replacement item to be made or prepared and so that we can provide return shipping labels.Refunded item is not eligible for free shipping.
